With around 2200 hours of sunshine a year, Fehmarn is considered the sunniest region in Germany. Nature, sand, sun, water, culture and lifestyle characterize the 185 sq km island. 78 km of beach can be discovered here - and our house is located directly on the most beautiful place, the south beach.
